Pictures aren't taken, they are made. And you make them using creative vision and technical skills. Thoreau said 'The question is not what we look at but what we see.' What we see, i.e,. our personal interpretation, can be expressed in our photographs. Join Brenda in this workshop that helps you learn to see creatively, and how to translate that vision into the final image, using the camera, the concepts of composition and design, and the digital darkroom. We'll photograph the gardens, farms, and shoreline of Whidbey Island in search of images that express the beauty of the island.
